The property is along the road, so expect noise of the vehicles outside. Exact location is at 765 Tungkop Rd. Minglanilla, Cebu across Atlantic Warehouse. We are the perfect gateway if you are planning to explore the South of Cebu but still want to be near the city.

A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. Free transportation to and from airport or ferry.
