This ground floor apartment is located in the leafy seaside suburb of Batehaven only 5km from the town centre and short walk to the beach. Separate queen bedroom with ensuite makes this property ideal for a couple looking for some fresh ocean air, rest and relaxation. The unit contains a large flat screen TV, DVD, wi-fi, games, mags, washing machine etc. Fully self-contained overlooking a manicured garden setting with ocean views. The local shopping centre is a 1 minute drive or short walk, offering newsagency, eateries, supermarket etc. We have lived in this region for 30 years and can offer the best the area has to offer, whether it be activities, beaches, restaurants etc.

Great location in a quiet and flat residential area, Only 2km to Batehaven & 2.5km to Batemans Bay town centre making this a great central location to either walk or drive to either destination. The unit is equipped with everything you many need for a weekend or weeks stay. Featuring a full sized kitchen, & laundrette in the bathroom. we do live onsite,& will not tolerate any breaking of house rules

The apartment is perfectly situated across the road from Mollymook Beach. On the top floor (2nd floor) the apartment balcony looks directly over the pool towards the beach perfect for a coffee in the morning sun. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an internal laundry. The bathroom has a bath and seperate shower The apartment is in a resort style complex with its own pool, tennis court and a large lawn area . There is a BBQ on the balcony and a larger communal BBQ by the tennis court.
