Nestled among old heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

This newly renovated unit boasts unobstructed views across Newcastle’s working harbor and the beautiful Ballast grounds. “The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Nelson Bay Getaway - short walk to two beaches

A beautifully located home, 5 minutes walk to Little Beach and to Shoal Bay beach, close to the Lighthouse, cafes, restaurants, shops and Marina. Pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard. A large boat ramp is a minute away. Accommodation for 6 people in 3 rooms, with a main and an ensuite bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedrooms have a queen and a double bed.
