A lockable shed for your sport gear is provided. Please note that the home has a strict no pet/party rule. Approved non registered guests only (max 4).

It has many restaurants and store that offer organic foods as well as vegan options. Lots of artists and galleries to shop from or simply to visit.

The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

This spacious RV is located on the Westarm of Kootenay Lake. Comfortably sleeping 5 guests, this RV has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area, and an outdoor patio . With serene views of the lake and mountains, there is a private beach on site, with a spectacular fishing spot right outside the marina. Balfour Golf Course is just a 10 minute drive away. Hiking and biking trails minutes away. Just a short drive to Nelson BC.

Kokanee Zipline is a short 5 minute drive and we are on the doorstep of many famous mountain bike trails in Kokanee Glacier Park.
