Welcome to Monaco Guest House 🧡 Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, brand-new modern home, perfectly located in scenic Monaco, Nelson. We are in the perfect location between Richmond and Nelson (town) and just off the centre of Stoke, close to walkways and bike paths. Just 5 minutes drive from Nelson Airport (short walk) and walking distance to 2 fabulous restaurants in charming, old-English buildings. Enjoy a peaceful haven and a 20-minute stroll around the village by the water’s edge.

Plum Cottage - charming tiny house near the beach

Inspired by the tiny house movement, the cottage packs a big punch. Constructed with native timbers, Plum Cottage integrates beautifully with the landscape. The cottage is privately nestled amongst the plum trees and gardens. Feel free to pick some tomatoes or a juicy plum! Summer sunsets are lovely. Located on the Tahunanui hillside with views to the distant mountains. It is an easy 1.3 km walk to the beach (15 min) or 5 min drive. CBD is 6km away (12/15 min drive). Bus stop is 13m walk.

The Lookout

Uniquely situated on a rural property that sits above Nelson and just a short drive from both Nelson Airport and Nelson City centre. Located up a winding, private, gravel driveway approx 1km from the road **MAX 20km speed limit on this winding, gravel driveway!. ‘The Lookout' is separate from our home (located at the far end of our double garage) self-contained and completely private. Our cozy unit features a private deck, queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

The original homestead dates pre 1880 and has since been uniquely remodeled by the late John Gosney - a local icon and world famous in Nelson for his creative landscaping. This is the perfect retreat for any avid shopper or outdoor enthusiast. Richmond village just 5 min walk, Sylvan Mountain Bike park 5 min bike, Great Tast trail 5 min walk, Aquatic Centre 2 min.

Valley Views - rural studio unit + stunning views

Escape the city and see the stars at this rural hideaway with breathtaking views. Take in the night sky whilst relaxing on the deck or view the morning sunrise from the comfort of being in bed. Located 20 minutes drive north from Nelson city, a unique converted container studio unit sits on a rural 5 acre property beside the main house. It has it's own entrance off our shared driveway. Handy to Happy Valley Adventure Park and stunning Cable Bay - a 15 minute drive down the valley.

Parkview Cottage - stroll to town

Welcome to our well appointed private, sunny sleep out with large deck, park views, ensuite bathroom, fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. A short stroll to city hub, bus depot and Trafalgar Centre with a supermarket just down the street. The Airport bus stops just around the corner every 30 minutes, seven days a week. (It stops near Tahunanui Beach on the way too.) Self check-in is offered and often early check-in or late check-out can be arranged.

Priest Retreat:Private&tranquil groundfloor studio

The 'Retreat': is a family run designer studio flat with access to a cottage garden, inviting you to sit out and relax in...seasonal honey from our own beehive. Tucked away and private at the foot the Grampians it's just 10 minute walk to the heart of Nelson city. Great spot for mountain bikers, trampers and workshop attenders. Ask if you have any questions- entry time, one night,extra bed. Currently no pets allowed, garden is unsuitable presently.

Vanguard Studio

Cosy studio nestled snuggly behind our 1900s villa home. A 20 minute walk to the city centre. There is a park directly across the road. The studio contains a comfy queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Essentials are provided. Our studio offers a comfortable base from where you can explore all Nelson Tasman has to offer. A 10 minute drive to the airport and beach and 5 minute walk to Nelson Hospital. We are in a suburban area.

Mount Street Retreat

Come and enjoy our newly renovated studio with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing break away. The studio is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the city fringe, only a 10 minute walk into the local shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Enjoy the views and soak up the sun from your own private deck area or retreat inside and relax in style. Our studio is perfect for couples, solo adventurers or business travellers.

LOG CABIN IN THE CITY

WELCOME to our Log Cabin in the city. A short stroll on the flat to Nelson CBD and Trafalgar Centre with supermarkets just down the street. The room has a comfortable Queen size bed, kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, Electric hot plate. Separate shower room. Private stand alone “log” cabin, with outside space. Please note parking is on the street, check-in from 3pm or earlier. Long term rates available, please ask

Stoke's Cosy Cottage

Stoke's Cosy Cottage is conveniently located, close to the railway reserve. We have 2 mountain bikes you can use, free of charge, to explore local tracks and nearby eateries like McCashins Brewery / Cafe which is just an easy 5 minute ride away. Saxton sports field is a easy 10 min walk away. You can easily check yourself in with the convenient lockbox.
