Located in a quiet lakeside neighborhood in Cedar Springs, Michigan, you'll be close to all of the activities that West Michigan has to offer. House amenities include a spacious living space with plentiful updated fixtures and finishes, washer/dryer, wifi + cable, walk-in shower, hot tub, fire pit, grill, kayaks, and lake access to all-sports Pine Lake is just steps away from your front door.

Underground Hobbit Home in the deep forest

Our custom-built Hobbit Home is nestled under the forest floor on a 10 acre site. A bench swing adorns the hillside along the huge boulder fire pit and outdoor picnic area. The inside of the 185 sq.ft. structure is one-of-a-kind, with a Poplar tree bark ceiling, wavy cedar walls, and a wood cookie wall. A queen sized bed with linens and pillows comfortably sleeps two, and a comfy pull out couch can sleep two children under 12 or one teen or adult. A wood stove makes it cozy in the cold months.

Lakefront Cottage in the woods w/Bunkhouse & Boat

Welcome to the Loon's Nest, a renovated lakefront bungalow w/bunkhouse that includes FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock from May through October. Situated on on 2 large lots w/private beach & expansive views of Lake Wabasis in front, as well as private pond out back filled year-round w/wildlife. Lake Wabasis is approximately 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. It's an all-sports lake w/excellent fishing year-round.

Cabin in the Woods

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

Enjoy staying in a stylish apartment that’s walking distance to downtown Rockford, the Rockford dam and only 5 minutes to the highway! Apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need. But if you’d rather get out and explore, you are steps from the charming downtown Rockford full of shops, restaurants and activities. Bedroom has a king size bed. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. There is also a small patio set on the front porch to use.

It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 Bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and washer/dryer on site. Living room has fold out couch for sleeping 2 extra for a total of 6 people. There is an office area between the kitchen and the dining area that can be used if you need to get some work done while at the location. I have a ring doorbell camera monitoring the front door for safety.
