Nestled in the historic district of Navesink Village, this tranquil renovated historic farmhouse built in the 1840’s, rests on over an acre of lush land with mature hardwood trees. Envision yourself experiencing the sounds and sights of nature, the nearby ocean surf, cultural aspects of the area: music, plays, theater, art, vast variety of cuisines, walks, a day at the beach, fishing, crabbing, and biking.

We love making our place feel extra cozy for the holidays and can’t wait to host you this winter! Our Cottage is a standalone guest house situated on our 4-acre property. Away from the main house, It offers ample privacy. The loft bedroom (not childproof) can be reached via an easy-to-climb staircase. The KING SIZE bed ensures a restful night and is perfect for a lazy morning. Features include a kitchenette, electric fireplace, BBQ, outdoor fire pit (with wood), covered patio, and a smart TV.

Relaxing Beach Home, Renovated w/a Spacious Yard

Come enjoy our newly renovated beach house! Sit on the adirondack chairs on the front porch and read a book or BBQ on the back deck. The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. The property is gated and fenced in. Start a hike right out the back gate with trails for miles through the woods. There are other units available for rent on the property as well, so bring your friends along! Chickens and honey bees (safe distance) are on the property!

Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
