A perfect romantic rendezvous spot! This cozy beach cottage is located on a canal with 30’ seawall. Perfect location & short walk to beach! All amenities oceanside: pool, clubhouse, gazebo, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 4 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & bathrooms.

In the Community common areas, there are hot tubs, heated pools, miniature golf, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, private beach access. Exercise room. You can fish off the dock. I catch many types of fish here. After you contact me, and book, I will meet you to hand you the keys and get you through the guard gate and take you to the house.

The house is on the Blvd so it's extremely easy access to all the amenities such as a community pool, tennis courts, fishing areas, etc. The property includes extremely fast WIFI, fully functioning appliances, a golf cart, kayak, barbeque grill, and of course a picnic table outside. Welcome to Nova Beach Cottage, the guest house on the oceanfront estate of famous sculptor, Mihai Popa, a.k.a. “Nova”. Located on the south tip of North Hutchinson Island directly next to the Fort Pierce Inlet State Park. Garden and beach path a few steps from the cottage. Screened patio from bedroom.

This cozy houseboat is located at Sunset Bay Marina & Anchorage in Stuart, FL. A short 5-minute walk takes you to Historic Down Town Stuart and all of its fabulous shops and restaurants. Here at the marina, we have Sailors Return restaurant and Gilbert's Coffee Bar to satisfy any craving you have. Martin County’s beautiful beaches are just 6 miles away. Two bicycles are at your disposal for enjoyable rides.
