Consists of a large living area with a 56 '' TV, a very comfortable corner sofa and fireplace; two sleeping areas, one with a double bed (possibly divisible) and one with two single beds, bathroom with shower. We can add another single bed for a 5th person. ... moreover...the possibility of using the large internal kitchen, equipped with everything! The apartment is located in the basement of the villa, but has 4 large windows from which plenty of natural light enters. Ideal for the stay of a family with children or small groups. Sedici Pini is a warm and welcoming place, furnished with care and refined research of details. Ideal for a pleasant holiday or business stay. Perfect for those who want to spend some relaxing moments in an elegant, quiet and reserved environment, surrounded by greenery and nature. B&B Sole Mio, Stanza mezzogiorno

B&B Sole Mio consists of three mini apartments near our house where we live and have an independent entrance. In the rooms you will find a small kitchen, a private bathroom and your own table outside where you can eat and relax, the use of the swimming pool and the sun beds is free. All the apartments are similar. It is a two level apartment with one double bed up and one sofa down that can be also transferred into a comfortable double bed. At the small kitchen you will find all the necessary for cooking. You will not find the TV in the room but you can use free Wi-Fi for looking something at your device. At the territory there is also a free parking for your car. All the apartments are sanitized and ozonized. The swimming pool is made with all regulations and norms of security as it is required by law. The breakfast is not included in the price. Tha apartment has it's own small kitchen where it's always possible to prepare your own breakfast. If you'd like to have breakfast prepared by us , we ask you inform us at your arrival for additional cost. In summer time (from May till October) we make breakfast outside offering to our guests handmade bakery. At winter time (from October till May) we bring fresh croissants with coffee in the apartment.
