Wir "ZurMelberi" wohnen im Erholungsgebiet "Fränkischen Seenland". Wer es gerne ruhig hat und dennoch schnell die Seenlandschaft erreichen möchte, ist bei uns genau richtig. Unser Dorf gehört zur 7 km entfernten Stadt Spalt. Die klimatisierte DG-Ferienwohnung im Studiodesign ist mit zwei Doppelbetten für max. 4 Personen ab 18 Jahre geeignet. Es führen von uns direkte Wander- (u.a. Jakobsweg) und Radwege ab. Mitbenutzung des Pools ist jederzeit möglich. Eine eigene Terrasse steht zur Verfügung.

Ein traumhafter Ort zum Kraft tanken und Ausruhen, aber auch vielen sportlichen Aktivitäten sind hier keine Grenzen gesetzt.Das Anwesen befindet sich etwas Abseits am Ortsende. In der unmittelbaren Nähe befinden sich Kletterfelsen, Wanderwege ein Fluss zum Kajakfahren. Auch Rad und Motorradfahrer kommen auf ihre Kosten. Auf dem gesamten Grundstück befinden sich 2 Ferienhäuser mit privatem, voneinander abgegrenzten, Outdoorbereich. Kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus.

Die beiden Ferienwohnungen wurden 2017 vollständig renoviert, neu und modern eingerichtet, mit Grillplatz im Garten. Check-In nach 21:00 Uhr durch Schlüsselsafe jederzeit möglich.
