Just 1.5 miles from downtown NC, our "Down Home Flat" is sized for 2-5 people, impeccably furnished with treasures from global travels, and situated on a lovely south-facing hill above Deer Creek. The space is fully equipped for comfort and convenience for up to 5 guests--come for a weekend retreat, or take a longer stay on this 25 acre homestead. The apartment is downstairs of the main house, yet two private entrances offer seclusion and sanctuary with panoramic views of the forest.

Charming one bedroom apartment in a unique, family built home close to Nevada City (5 min drive to downtown). Rustic, simple, quaint and cozy. Because it's forested and in a cement house, the wifi is not great. There's A/C in the summer and a propane 'wood' stove for winter. Nearby walking trails. The apartment is located in the bottom of our house and has a separate entrance, kitchen, queen bed + bathroom. The property has a pond & patio. It's forested, secluded, and quiet.

Nevada City Getaway

This sunny apartment is located above an art gallery in the heart of historic downtown Nevada City. It is just steps away from cafes, restaurants, and shops on Broad Street. The apartment has a sunny living room, large bedroom with a queen bed, a separate study, full kitchen, and dining area. Enjoy the farmers market on Saturday morning or take a walk to the Deer Creek Tribute trail and suspension bridge. Not suitable for infants and children. No pets allowed.
