Hummingbird House is a tiny house decorated in a vintage style, with quality craftsmanship, making use of all recycled building materials. Tucked away on 20 acres with gardens all around, goats, hens, ducks, dogs and cats. The house is newly remodeled and has kitchen, bathroom, double bed, single bed/nook/couch, and dining area table and chairs, with modern heating and air conditioning. Coffee, herbal teas from the garden, sugar, honey, creamy goat milk and cheese are all supplied from the farm.

Gorgeous industrial modern 1BR studio in heart of Nevada City Historical District, steps away from eclectic bars, award-winning restaurants, shops, and night life. This cozy beautiful studio apt is spacious and comfortable enough for a full months stay or a weekend away. Off street parking is private and free. We love DOGS so feel free to bring your pup. Russtic Roadside Retreat, a glamping cabin

Russtic Roadside Retreat is a small glamping cabin in a private corner of our property. It includes a queen bed, small "camp" kitchen, flush toilet, shower (towels are provided), small deck, and electric heater.( Note that it can be cold in the cabin when the temps dip into the 20s and 30s.) Pets are welcome but must not be allowed to get on the bed. Historic Nevada City is just a short walk from the site.
