Welcome, I would love to host you during your stay. I have also stayed at Airbnbs when I have traveled out of town and I know exactly what you may be looking for. My place is easy to get to using gps, peaceful, clean, and centrally located. Water and a few snacks will always be available no matter what time you arrive. I installed black out curtains so you can sleep in. This booking is for 4 guest in 2 bedrooms 2 private full baths. I can host up to 5 w/additional fee of $25 for the 5th person.

Bright and cozy loft style space. Newly renovated w/modern touches in a vintage townhome in Midtown Brandywine, one of the best residential neighborhoods in the city: quiet, safe, plenty of on-street parking. You will have the entire apartment w/ fully equipped kitchen, private bath, living room with flat screen tv & fold out couch, and bedroom with luxury queen mattress and bedding. Work from home ready with desk, chair and high speed Wi-Fi provided. Shared laundry in basement.

Large Private in-law suite with hot tub.

Large suite. Private entrance. Very quiet space - perfect for relaxing. Queen size bed, full private bath, hot tub, sofa bed (twin)- VERY comfy. (There is an extra charge for a third person per night.) Working wood stove, kitchen area with frig, microwave, hot plate, etc. Nine acres and a pond to explore. Fishing allowed. Please note that there are steps on flagstone leading to the suite and there is a step down from the bathroom. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues.

This cute 1 bedroom apartment is located at the HEART of our lovely town. Steps away from some of the most historic places in the entire United States. Come near the weekend and you can tour our informative museums and wayside exhibits while taking in the local culture. We are a close-knit town and are happy to show out-of-towners "the way". On days we are open enjoy a $15/day credit to our cafe next door. Please enjoy your stay! We are so sorry but no pets allowed.

1000 sq ft first floor unit of a 2-unit luxury downtown townhouse. As this was my former home, I designed it with my comfort & class in mind. But don't take my word for it: see the reviews! The Tidewater Room

The room is named for the tidal Appaquinimink Creek and marshlands located at the edge of Odessa. The marsh land around the Appaquinimink provides a home for bountiful wildlife along this ancient waterway to the Delaware River. This is pet friendly room.
