Newly built, beautiful home, lake front, with an amazing peaceful feel! This place is close to the city, but seems far away from the everyday cares of the world. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge living, dining and kitchen areas perfect for entertaining the whole family! Relax on the back deck over looking the water. Comfortable sectional, fireplace, and tv all on the back deck. Fire pit, access to the water, huge yard to setup yard games. Master overlooks the lake and you can catch a nice sunrise!

Zay’s Place

This cozy romantic cabin features a very comfortable queen bed with a beautiful chandelier overhead, and a clawfoot bathtub for a long hot relaxing bath (no shower) Relax on your private deck, taking in breathtaking sunsets, or unwind by the fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Perfect for a peaceful and intimate getaway. Mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. There are 4 adults only cabins on our property. No children or pets allowed. This is to keep the environment quiet and peaceful.

This apartment has 1 double bed and a twin day bed with a twin trundle. A full bath with tub and full kitchen. Attached to garage. This is on a working horse ranch and we do have stalls for board and a full RV with 35 amp If needing a place to lay over. We do not have horses to ride because this is a private training facility. We have dogs, chickens and horses and there will be farm noises, but mostly very peaceful. 12 miles W of Denton and 12 miles E of Decatur. DFW is about a 45 min drive.

This home is on 20 acres with neighboring lots being 300 acres, 21 acres, & 36 acres. Home is on peak which allows for awesome views for miles. The deer feeder allows for viewing of deer on some mornings and evenings. The pond will be fully filled and stocked soon. Groomed walking trail allows access to to the 20 acres. Cornhole & grill available. Owners are on neighboring 21 acre lot & always available if needed.
