New Forest at it’s best. Peaceful base to explore NF. 2 king-size beds (one is a 4-poster, the other a sleigh bed) A single bed can be added easily, upon request. Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it's fine to use internal house stairs. All dogs welcome, no extra charge.

Our spacious and airy ground floor apartment offers a relaxing home from home environment. It comprises an open-plan reception area and two good sized bedrooms. The accommodation is light and airy with a feeling of space and an ideal location for families or couples. We are located centrally within the wonderful village of Lyndhurst, often referred to as the 'Capital of the New Forest'. Enjoy beautiful countryside on the doorstep and be spoiled with an array of restaurants/cafés and local shops.

A spacious apartment, full of character, in the middle of Lyndhurst. We've counted 34 places to eat within walking distance of our flat. Then open forest in every direction beyond that for walking or cycling. Animal and child friendly, our apartment has everything you need to use as a base or meet and relax with friends with it's 3 large bedrooms (2 en suite), well equipped kitchen and huge lounge/diner. We feel the property is suited to 6 adults, or 8 people if you throw children into the mix.

With floor-to-ceiling windows you will have views across the rooftops to the open forest and the busy High Street below. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, it is the perfect pad for up to two adults. Step out of The Perch and you are immediately surrounded by coffee-shops, restaurants, pubs and shops. Here you can prepare meals and relax in front of the TV at the end of a day exploring our beautiful town of Christchurch - or perhaps have a quick cuppa & relax before heading out to enjoy an evening out on the town. There is a great market on the high street every Saturday morning and you’re only a short drive from the stunning New Forrest. Pet’s welcome!
