The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The dog-friendly Lyndhurst Suite is the perfect place to rest your head after a day of exploring the award-winning National Park. Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

Welcome to the dog friendly Studio. We are Ideally located between the coast, which is just a 5 minute stroll and the New Forest approx 10 minutes drive . The Studio is a self contained private space with a kingsize zip and link bed , fully equipped kitchenette , a private bathroom with lovely walk in shower. New Forest cottage by the green

The cottage is in a magical position, at the edge of Lyndhurst, on the green and just over the cattle grid. It is just a short walk in to Lyndhurst for restaurants, cafes and shopping and there are great walks and cycling direct from the house. Remember to keep the gate shut whenever you are coming and going as the ponies, donkeys and cows are free to meander just outside and they are always keen to help themselves to the greenery in the garden.

Little Watch is a self-contained annexe situated on the south side of the high street on a quiet, sought after drive close to the high street, marinas and sea front walks. Accessed by its own front door, and with a parking space on the drive, the annexe has a studio layout, king-sized bed, fully-equipped Siemens kitchen, and a dining and sitting area. A separate bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. The property is suited to couples or singles.
