Molly has a garage style window that opens up overlooking our creek at the point of 7 little waterfalls for your sleeping and hangout pleasure! A shared kitchen and bath completes the 3 small structures. Full bath plus an outdoor shower makes for great accommodations. We're within 5 miles from State Parks and Deep Creek Lake. Come see the Garrett County stars, hear the creek and birds and be a million miles from where you are. Friendly dogs are welcomed - check other things to note about pets.

Lake Forest Lodge is a spacious luxury log home w/ rustic modern charm. 5Bdrms/3.5Ba, a tranquil & sophisticated retreat. The main lvl primary suite boasts a king bed, & a luxurious en-suite full bath. Wood-burning fireplace in the grand living area, cozy furnishings & open-concept which connects the living space & fully-equipped kitchen. The sun room offers panoramic views of the landscape. Finished basement w/foosball & bar area. The loft has a sleeper sofa, TV, desk, & games. Starlink wifi!

Master bedroom has a Queen bed, master BR, closet, and lake view via sliding doors leading to the deck. Second bedroom features bunk beds (weight limit 165lbs) and a computer desk. Lastly, the 3rd BR contains a Full bed. There's also separate laundry room. Back deck overlooks Deep Creek Lake. Large firepit. Wireless internet, ROKU TV's, DVD, Wii gaming and Google Chromecast provided.

1832 Historic Washington Bottom Farm Log Cabin

Welcome to our renovated 1832 Log Cabin on the grounds of the George William Washington and Sarah Wright Washington 19th century plantation. The cabin was the first structure built. Then came barns and slaves’ quarters (no longer standing). The dairy barn is now a woodworking shop and the bank barn was recently restored. The main house, built in 1835, is Greek Revival style. Today, our 300+acre is Certified Organic. We border the South Branch of the Potomac River. It’s ALMOST HEAVEN !

SUGARBUSH - Sweet Serenity Tiny House

Welcome to SUGARBUSH! "Suga" is a 450 sq. ft. custom built tiny house. She will comfortably accommodate 2 adults or a family with 2 small children. AGE REQUIREMENT to book this space is 25+. At this time we DO NOT allow pets. Suga sits on a 3+ acre lot that use to be used for cross country skiing. She got her name from two trails, Sugarbush Run and Sugarbush Shortcut that ran through the lot! We welcome you to stay and enjoy our wonderful little getaway here in Pleasant Valley.

This cozy aframe is a perfect glamping getaway for two! You'll stay on 20 acres with over 700 feet of frontage on Abrams Creek. Ready to unplug? The aframe is completely off grid with solar energy and a wood-fired stove. Sleep in luxury with fine linens and a queen size bed, but spend your day splashing in the crystal clear creek and hiking through the forest. Enjoy your evening playing cornhole while dinner cooks on the grill, topped off with a favorite beverage around the campfire.

The Sonny Side Hilltop 10-acre Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to unwind and enjoy nature. Spend quality time with friends/family, explore the outdoors, ATV trails, or hunt with appropriate tags - contact for more details. My father (Sonny) built this cabin in 2004 with his own two hands. It was his primary residence until passing from cancer at my sister's home in Maryland in 2019. We would like to share this lovely cabin with guests to help offset costs. Please Enjoy!
