Look no further than this newly renovated colonial on a quiet tree-lined street with no through traffic. A park and basketball are just at the end of the street. Trader Joes and other great shopping are a 2 minute drive away. Sacred Heart and Fairfield U are 5 minutes away. We're right across the street in case any of us forgot anything :).

The Retreat in Branford

The "Retreat" is located six houses away from a private pebbly (not sandy - think coast of France (Nice)) beach. Guests have unrestricted access to the beach during the stay. Beach towels and chairs are available for use. Sunny large open space, with a separate bedroom, modern kitchen and bathroom. The Retreat is walking distance to the nearby club and other amenities. We happily accept dogs (max 2) to the space. I am sorry - but after past experiences we no longer allow cats.

The bright, third floor walk-up apartment is in a renovated 1860’s Victorian row home. We are located on a tree lined street, near Wooster Square park and Little Italy. It is a ten minutes walk to Yale campus and downtown New Haven. There is plenty of FREE street parking, in front. This cozy home-away-from-home has a back bedroom, separate living room with work desk, a large kitchen and bathroom with tub and shower. It is a great place for weekend visits or longer extended stays.

Updated, private detached guest house in the center of Guilford's historic district just steps from the town center. The guest house is completely renovated. Walk to everything including shops and restaurants. Town Beach and doc are just under 1.5 miles away. The second bedroom has a twin bed. You have to walk through twin room to get to master. Apartment is one floor with no steps. Bathroom is tiled and shower is walk in with no lip or tub and is easily accessible.
