Minutes from I-91 with easy commuting access to downtown Hartford, business and tourist sites, universities, and Hartford Hospital/CCMC. The studio is an in-law suite above our garage. It is attached to our home but has its own keyed entrance. It has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower over tub, closet, queen-sized bed, kitchen table/chairs, and workspace.

My family and I live on the 2nd flr. Guests have the 1st flr unit completely to themselves. Parking is never an issue, as the spots in front of the house are almost always available. Fab newly decorated suite in 1957 home set on a private pond near Watch Hill, RI. Private entrance with mini kitchen, fridge,microwave, portable induction cooktop,toaster,coffeemaker- every thing but the kitchen sink! Please note: there is no kitchen sink nor oven. Ensuite bath with new towels,robes,linens,and bedding. Outdoor shower ( in addition to an indoor one!) ,grill,lounging area. Near beaches,music,food, Mystic Ct attractions. Great relaxing venue.
