Just a half mile from the Barn on the Pemi, and minutes from the lakes, rivers, and mountain trails. All you have to bring are your clothes!

Centrally located between the area's best lakes and mountains, convenient to area attractions, and outdoor activities. Still, the cabin feels like a destination in itself, where you can relax, recharge, and reconnect. Cozy Woodland Cabin

If you seek rustic solitude, you'll love the cozy woodland cabin, a pine-paneled one-room cabin nestled in a meadow surrounded by forest and fields, +/- 2 blocks from the house and road. Weather permitting, vehicles can drive to the cabin. Cabin has electricity and heat, but NO running water. Outhouse behind cabin has a Nature's Head composting toilet. Guests may shower in a private bathroom in the main house. Breakfast included. This is "glamping" at its most comfortable and private.

Lakes Region Rustic-Chic Romantic Retreat-King Bed

Spacious sunny rustic-chic modern retreat nestled in the mountains of the Lakes Region. From the handcrafted soap, to the cozy robes and King size bed, stocked coffee/tea station, you are pampered. Vermont Suite @Anderson-Key Farm

Escape to the Green Mountains for a memorable getaway! Property only 2 miles off I-89 and under 30 minutes to dozens of restaurants & activities. Anderson-Key farm boasts of 18 beautiful acres complete with a pond, brook, farmhouse and barn. The Vermont Suite is a private studio apartment attached to the farm house on one level with outdoor living, gas fire pit, and dining space. NOTE: in 2025 the home exterior was changed to gray with updated new siding.

Above Board is a comfy inviting home away from home, just seconds from picturesque Sunapee Harbor. Whether you are boarding on Mount Sunapee in the winter or cruising the lake in the summer, this all season home is just the right vacation spot. Nestled in a cozy family neighborhood, our home welcomes quiet guests who enjoy the outdoors and evenings by the fire. We hope you will want to return again and again.

Mountain River Spacious Country Stu

Air conditioned 1000 square foot, light filled studio with full kitchen and private bath in secluded rural setting 5 minutes from I 93 and in between Newfound and Squam Lakes. Ample private parking, private entrance, outdoor lawn with perennial gardens with dining table, chairs and grill. A stream runs through the property with trails alongside of it. Dogs love this place!

Corncrib Tiny House Glamping Cabin

Queen-sized bed in historic corncrib cabin in the heart of Vermont with gorgeous views of fields and forest. We also have several other rooms available. The tiny house comes with a queen sized bed in the loft. It has a private full bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower, tiny living room, dining area and full kitchen. It can accommodate one or two people.

Apartment on Main Street

One bedroom apartment with kitchenette (mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishes etc.), full bathroom with laundry, and open living space. I am an English teacher, so there are lots of books! Apartment is located in the Village of Saxtons River- within easy walking distance from the Market, Vermont Academy, our new Park, and Main Street Arts.
