Inside, you'll find two bedrooms comfortably furnished with a total of three beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for up to six guests. Less than an hour from Manchester, Concord & Keene, this new home offers relaxation & year-round adventure. This lakefront property has a dock, with kayaks & paddleboards. You could also walk down the paved road to the neighborhood beach & swim platform. About 30 minutes to Pats Peak, Sunapee, or Crotched Mtn ski resorts. Beds for 6, 2 full baths, W/D, fully equipped kitchen, open living space, gas fireplace, water views, gas grill, parking, firepit, internet. We do not allow pets or smoking.

Welcome to Sweetwater Farm in Henniker . 2 minutes from pats peak mountain and close to many other ski areas!Our familypurchased the Historical Farmhouse (est 1750)in 2006 and recently decided to share it with others. The newly renovated 2 BR farmhouse sleeps 5-6 people. You'll have access to the grounds, including 1000 ft of frontage on the Tooky River (great for swimming, kayaking and fishing).Our guests can also purchase our USDA certified beef and farm fresh eggs to enjoy during your stay

This area is plentiful in outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, Lakes/Beaches, and several local restaurants.
