We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

RR is equipped with everything you need for some R&R! We also have yard games, a hot tub, grill and fire pit to enjoy! We are 19 miles to Dollywood and 27 miles to The Smoky Mountain National Park.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy being near all the attractions near Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg while having the comfort and privacy of your own campground. Save your gas from hauling your camper, stay in ours! Enjoy the sounds of a backyard waterfall as you sip your morning coffee. Relax by the firepit in the evenings. There is plenty of additional parking for car trailers if you are going to rod runs or watercraft at nearby lakes.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

The Loft

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!

Stay cozy in our Dandridge cottage—5 min from Douglas Lake launches and close to Cherokee Lake too! This updated 400 sq. ft. miner’s cabin has a queen bed, sofa sleeper, WiFi/Netflix, new bath, and kitchenette. Great for couples, families, and tournament fishermen with room to park your boat. Just 10 min from I-40 and 25–45 min to Knoxville, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Clean, safe, affordable, and away from the crowd

A Stay On Brentwood

This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.
