Comfortable country living with lots of amenities! Visit all the area has to offer from our very quiet, peaceful, and safe location! Here, you can wake up to deer and turkeys that often visit. We are a few miles off I-40, making all of East Tennessee easily accessible. Lakes, rivers, shopping, restaurants, Dollywood, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Knoxville are all within a short drive. We have a large parking area and lawn area. Come to the country and relax!

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.
