This is a lovely 1 Bedroom private apartment with its own ensuite bathroom, kitchen and lounge area. The apartment opens out onto a patio via a double sliding ranch slider to maximise the indoor outdoor flow. There is also a heat pump for your comfort. It is a short walk to Ngamotu golf club, 3 minutes down to the Valley shopping centre and 5 minutes to the CBD. The famous walkway is at the end of the street where you will get some great shots of the mountain through the Te Rewa Rewa bridge.

We offer you a private, warm, small quiet space neatly contained on the ground floor of our family home. Our quiet street sits right above the ocean where you can hear the lapping waves of the Tasman sea from your private courtyard, and have unlimited views out to the horizon. You'll want a camera for the sunsets. The entrance to the room is separate from the entrance to our house, so one has complete privacy. We offer modern bicycles for guest use at the cost of $20 per day, per bike.

We are located down a right of way with lovely ocean views. It is a newly built downstairs space with modern amenities and a separate entrance. There is a garage next to the studio where you can store bikes. Complimentary unlimited ultrafast fibre. One free off-street parking space is provided beside the studio entrance.

Young Street Private Gem - So Close to Town

This self-contained unit is located less than a 10 min walk from New Plymouth town and costal walkway. It boasts a warm cosy space with all the amenities you need. It has a separate entrance from the main home allowing for more privacy with its own bathroom and kitchenette (with microwave, two elements, fridge, kettle and toaster). There is plenty of free street parking as well as a single car parking space next to the airbnb (for small cars only).

We live upstairs, but the downstairs area is private with a seperate entrance. Walk towards the sea and turn left along the walkway towards the Port, Ngamotu Beach and cafes. Turn right on the walkway and a 10 minute walk away is the Aquatic Centre and Destination Kāwaroa.
