Borth is a quiet location, With a sandy beach - and lots of amenities in the village With pubs cafes And a 2 minute walk to train station. We have a lovely cinema with a wonderful restaurant, Good surfing with surfing lessons available and Kayak hire at Borth beach - Ynyslas 1.5 miles away has drive on beach with sand dunes Also coastal /River walks There is also a golf course a short walkaway. If you are looking for a property as close to the beach as possible this is the one! Large livings area and an outside seating area. The property is a little worn in places from all the happy families, surf boards, etc it has hosted but don't be put off as with the beach in such close proximity you will not be inside much!
