Welcome to Bungalow Bae, a gorgeous 1940s Retro Glam themed home located in the heart of historic downtown Jacksonville, NC. The home has been completely and painstakingly restored from the original hardwood floors to the farm sink in the kitchen. All furnishing are themed around the 1940s era when our country was fully engaged in WWII. Located walking distance to several parks, the rail trail, Camp Lejeune, Camp Johnson & New River Air Station. Huge back yard with firepit, horseshoes & more!

Come and feel at home in this comfy and quiet unit that is nestled beside a peaceful pond where you’ll enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening! With a spacious open living area you can kick back and watch your favorite movies or shows on the 80 inch smart tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or you may enjoy trying out the restaurants nearby. We are a short drive away from the pristine beaches of Topsail Island, halfway between Wilmington and Jacksonville.

This second story studio apartment has beautiful views of the New River/Wilson Bay area in Downtown Jacksonville. Minutes to all Military Bases, local shopping , malls. Check out the Riverwalk downtown area for morning walks or jogging. This 1 bedroom studio is a perfect relaxing getaway . The bedroom has a queen bed with full bath. ( if needed a single roll away bed or an air mattress can be provided)

Duplex delight w/gators & coffee

Centrally located to Camp Lejeune, MCAS, restaurants, shopping and beaches - 25 miles either north or south of Jacksonville. Whether your trip is for business or pleasure, make sure to keep an eye out for the gator in the backyard creek. Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins. And finally enjoy a cup of coffee relaxing on the covered porch.

Virginia's Country Cottage

Virginia’s Country Cottage, a charming guest house constructed in 2020, nestled on 40 acres behind our residence. Enjoy your own private yard and relax on the new outdoor patio featuring a gas fire pit. This 950-square-foot retreat offers tranquility in a secluded setting while still being close to Western Blvd. Nearby amenities include restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, mall, and Walmart, making it an ideal spot for those visiting cities surrounding onslow county.

Tranquil Getaway 10min to beach w/ kayaks

Tucked quiet away in a cul de sac is our charming, tranquil home that is a quick 10 minute drive to the beach. Inside: You can wind down inside the very homey decorated house and relax with the full body massage chair, lounge on the couches in the living room or catch in Z’s in the comfortable beds! The kitchen is also stocked for you to utilize. Outside features a large backyard and fire pit. Or use the bicycles and 3 kayaks. Note: There is no garage access at this time.

Miles of breathtaking water views looking towards Swansboro from this riverfront cottage that has been newly renovated inside & out. A mile dirt road takes you off the beaten path & a private setting on the end of a dirt lane with only a few other fishing cottages. You will love the peace & quiet & refreshing breezes. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets from the pier! Access to kayaks, canoe & 2 paddleboards. Enjoy the ospreys dive bomb for fish, an occasional dolphin, & other birdlife.

Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.
