Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Comfortable, memory foam double bed w/ storage bins underneath. Bathroom w/ shower stall & pocket door. An outdoor shower for an easy post beach rinse too. From relaxing on the deck with a beautiful view, to kayaking and canoeing, or swimming in the summer, there is much fun and peaceful relaxation to do at the cottage. Also, it's just a 10 minute drive to Mystic, wineries, orchards, the shoreline, restaurants, and 5 minutes to Foxwoods casino.

Our newly renovated cottage provides an ocean view! We’re located within minutes of 3 local beaches, and within walking distance of the Block Island Ferry! A washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower, wifi, and BBQ grill are all fully available to guests during their stay. This is our second home! We are confident that you’ll find the necessary amenities to stay comfortable! Although children are welcome, we would not recommend our cottage to a family with small children.

Includes use of our private sand beach, 10 person wood-fired sauna and abundant hiking trails in Pachaug and Arcadia Forests. Visit with our 6 horses, take a quiet kayak, or relax tired muscles in the sauna. Dock available.
