"Mystic Country" Farm Stay at 100 Acre Wood

Let us welcome you to 100 Acre Wood, a historic farm and working cattle ranch. Owl's House is a private and stylish guest house nestled within the trees and garden and offers 180° views. Our farm store is stocked with our own TX Longhorn beef and pasture-raised chicken and eggs, plus curated with local products. Enjoy pastoral farm life and our private forest trails, or get out and play in the area's abundance of fine dining, wineries, seasonal attractions, outdoor activities, and entertainment.

Guesthouse Farm Stay

Come stay with us on our historic working farm! Relax on the back deck and enjoy views of our 12-acre property and peaceful pastures. For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

Cozy coastal tiny house getaway

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Make yourself at home in our top floor suite on Block Island's West Side. Private entryway to an airy suite with large master bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, bunk room, and sun-deck with views of Block Island Sound. Situated off the main road, Mermaid House is a quiet getaway from town, a ten minute drive to all of Block Island's beautiful bathing beaches. Walking distance to rocky Cooneymus beach and the Nature Conservancy’s Greenway trails.

Four bedrooms, 2 full baths, detached bunkhouse with 3 bunkbeds. Fabulous patio & porches with a backyard that keeps guests coming back. Perfect house for a family or two. Full week rentals only June-August, Friday to Friday. Off season weekends have a 3-day minimum stay. Calendar opens October 1.
