A few steps from the back door you are able to swim, fish, paddle or ski. You can moore your boat at the rear of the property. A decked out downstairs games room with pool table, juke box ,TV, bar & kids activity corner will keep everybody entertained. Sit by the outdoor BBQ & fire pit to enjoy the sunset

Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. They all wrap around the great large deck which flows onto the covered communal BBQ area which overlooks the tranquillity of the inlet and our private jetty. Each unit offers a fully functional kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining area. There is a communal laundry with a coin operated washing machine & dryer. There is off street car parking. Our Property is 1 1/4 acres providing a safe, great play area for the children.

Snow Fall at Crows Nest can sleep up to 12 people in complete comfort with each of the four bedrooms having an ensuite, (there is also a double sofa bed).
