Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Just down the road from the famous Hill Street grocers, nearby to mainstream supermarkets and closely situated to various boutique cafes popular with the locals. This home offers a great outdoor entertainment area with BBQ facilities, is well lit and has outdoor heaters for comfort.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and bigger groups.
