This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Casa Villa is a tiny home ( park model) 384 sq feet with vaulted ceilings. It feels so spacious, it’s surprising! One bedroom with a queen size bed, full kitchen , full bath, and a living room. Grill, chill, relax and enjoy the open field view. This is one floor, no loft. Please understand this is a country setting , the water runs off of a well, it gets dark out here and occasionally wildlife can be seen , frogs can be heard and bugs are found 😊

Reminisce when you visit this two bedroom, comfy home with original hardwood just like your grandma's. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed that will make you want to sleep in! There’s a fenced backyard, firepit & grill to enjoy your evenings. House conveniently is on St Rt 79 (or Hebron Rd) which is close to everything from grocery, mall, industrial parks, north shore of Buckeye Lake (4.5 miles), National Trails Raceway, Boeing, etc. One pet under 30 lbs accepted w/pet fee. Private apartment built into the back of a maker's shop with access to 4 acres of beautiful grounds including a shaded gazebo nestled in the orchard, relaxing hammock, tire swing, firepit, 16 foot wind art sculpture, outdoor shower, and a private porch to enjoy it all!

Relax in the woods in this rustic Log Cabin situated on 22 acres with a creek. Guests have access to all 22 acres. Memory Foam King sized bed, and pull out sofa for extra guests. Deer and other wildlife are in abundance. Cabin is fully furnished with Stainless gas stove, Stainless refrigerator , shower, smart TV (we do not have cable, but you may connect to your cellular device ex Netflix/YouTube) Wi-Fi, microwave, coffee pot, firepit, and other necessities. 🪵 🔥 🦌 🍃

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers.
