Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

The Kingdom A-Frame

Whether you're looking for a home base for a biking or hiking adventure, or a peaceful getaway, The Kingdom A-Frame is truly a heaven we want to share with you. We have meticulously decorated each room to make the space unique and comfortable. Built in 1968, our a-Frame is located minutes away from the Kingdom Trails, Burke Mountain, Lake Willoughby, and across the street from the VAST trail. With picturesque views from our street, and all the amenities, you may never want to leave the aframe.

Soak up lake life as you bask in coffee and magic sunrises right outside your window. Right on the VAST trails, location is perfect for two to three snowmobiler’s or two couple’s by request. The cabin is located in a photographer paradise- where you can enjoy the wildlife in its natural setting. Being close to many local activities and attractions, the VAST snowmobile trails (200 yds to Old County Trail near trail 114 (Westmore), Island Pond, Willoughby Lake, Kingdom Trails/Burke Mountain, Silvio Conte Wildlife Management Area-are located a short drive from the property. After a full day of activities in Northern VT/NH you can enjoy an outdoor hot tub and warm up in the sauna.

Canoes and kayaks available for your use. Hiking, biking, cross country, downhill skiing trails, and snowmobile trails are within a short hike or drive of the house. Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Darling Hill 1 BR Suite with Hot Tub and Sauna

Take the stone path to your private suite for the evening. The suite is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance and private patio for your enjoyment. We are located on Darling Hill, adjacent to the Chapel and directly on Kingdom Trails. It is a peaceful setting with a hot tub and sauna for after your day of outdoor adventure. We are approximately 10 minutes from Burke Mountain and a 1/4 mile from the VAST trail network.
