This 3 bedroom lakefront cottage sits on a point with 180 degree panoramic views. Vaulted rustic pine ceilings showcase the wall to wall windows for a view that will take your breath away. You can watch the sunrise AND sunset from the living room or 600 sq ft deck. There is a hot tub, 2 kayaks, shuffle board & private dock.

Farm Getaway

Come and experience the beauty of life on a farm! This newly renovated space has its own private exterior entrance off of the picturesque wrap around farmhouse porch and is complete with all the classic and simple farmhouse touches. We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. This space is perfect for some outdoor adventure time while still being close to historic downtown Newberry, home of the Newberry Opera House, & not far from Greenville and Columbia.

Olde Rural Retreat

Whether you are exploring Columbia, checking on your college student, or attending a SC Midlands event, we invite you to relax and recharge at the Olde Rural Retreat. Nestled on a quiet street close to I-26, you will be no more than a 10 min drive from Downtown Newberry and Newberry College. We are even closer to Samsung, Kiswire and 30 minutes from Columbia. The stay is in the main house on the property. The guest house is an AirBnB as well, so please be aware that there may be other guests.

Greenwood Lake Front, FirePit, Outside Kitch, Dock

Our place is unlike any other on the lake! The home is fully stocked and includes kayaks, pedal boat and lilly pad for your enjoyment. We have a dock and firepit. You will have no need to go anywhere else while you are here, as Camp Q has so many things to offer. The outside kitchen has 2 grills and a fridge. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

The Inspiration House

Ryan and I are certain you will love Newberry's friendly "small town" atmosphere. Our home was built in the late 1800's. It provides visitors with an eclectic blend of "old house" charm and modern updates within walking distance to the Newberry Opera House and wonderful downtown restaurants. The house features over 3,600 square feet of high ceilings, heavy pocket doors for privacy, three fireplaces, four bedrooms with three queen and two twin beds, 3.5 baths..and a wonderful front porch.

Sunset Gem private dock & boat ramp on Lake Murray

One of a kind beautiful bungalow located on the Prosperity side of Lake Murray. This captivating property has it's own private boat ramp and dock, however for larger boats, the Dreher Island boat ramp is less than half a mile away. Enjoy the majestic views of Lake Murray from the living room, the kitchen, or the super quiet screened deck. Deepwater year-round, and Amazing fishing right off the dock. One kayak included. Open concept kitchen and living room, and plenty of parking space.

Doc & Amy's Upstairs Cozy Nook

This is a quiet upstairs room with quality craftsmanship. The woodworking and pine flooring give it warmth and coziness with a cabin feel. Tile work at the fireplace and in the bathroom contribute to the room’s unique design. Because we are ten minutes from public access to Lake Murray, we have plenty of parking and turn-around space for your trailer and boat. Also, for those traveling with friends or more persons in your party, a similar well equipped room is directly below this room.

If you’re looking for a relaxing stay to visit Newberry ( we are about 7 mile from downtown ) about 5 mile off I26. Our home is extremely clean. We take pride in giving our guests a comfortable stay. Comfortable furniture and beds. Nothing fancy, but good quality sheets and towels. Plenty of nice pots and pans , fully furnished kitchen. We are on a quiet dead end road. Extremely safe. We offer plenty of options in our tv package. Excellent WiFi , high speed internet.

Columbiana mall is 20 min and Columbia is 25 min away!

It's just minutes away from Newberry and Chapin, about 10 minutes from Dreher Island State Park, and less than 5 minutes to the public boat launch. There is one queen bed and two twin beds with trundles.
