Situated on the banks of the River Tay and close to Perth, Edinburgh and St Andrews, Newburgh is the perfect spot to explore the picturesque coastline and Fife's many attractions including top golf courses. The cottage was completely refurbished to a high standard in 2022 and has all you need for a comfortable stay, including Nespresso coffee machine, memory foam mattresses, Netflix, amazon prime film Disney+ and Wi-Fi.

The Studio at Broadleaf is a cosy self contained Guest Suite in Longforgan, just outside Dundee. The Studio has a private entrance and parking with entrance hall and stairs up to the suite. The suite itself has a small kitchen, living and dining area with large TV, DVD and Netflix. There is a bathroom with Shower. Longforgan is near Dundee, one of the most up and coming cities in Scotland. We are only 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Highlands of Scotland.

Newburgh, Fife is an historical town. In the 18th century linen was woven in weaving sheds and cottages which still reflects in its architecture today. The town is sandwiched between the river Tay and a hillside providing ample walks and other sport activities. Many visitors start on the ‘ Fife Coastal Walk’ from this location. The chapel has excellent wifi. The town is self sufficient with shops, post office, chemist, doctors, dentist, garage, gallery and its very own distillery!
