Relax on the private deck to read a book, enjoy sunbathing at the gazebo or toast some marshmallows in the back yard. Just a short walk from the beach or the calm waters of the basin, a small inlet of water off the mouth of the Merrimac River. Tucked around the corner from downtown Beverly, in a quiet and historic neighborhood. This suite is located in the lower level of our home, and you’ll have your own private entrance, queen bed, fireplace, desk, fridge, and full bathroom.

Step into a breath-taking magical seaside residence with 180-degree ocean views. This private in-law apartment has a sprawling lawn, steps to the ocean, and landscaped gardens. The apartment has one queen size bed with sliding doors opening out to the lawn, a queen pullout couch, granite counter-top complete kitchen including micro and dishwasher, ping-pong table, flat screen TV, home office and bathroom/ shower. The apartment has been thoroughly cleaned and meets all covid-19 standards.

Beach House

Our comfortable accessory apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the beach or to the center of the Salisbury Beach business district where guests can enjoy a stroll on the newly refurbished boardwalk or visit the shops, arcades or view fireworks every Saturday night in the summer. Guests may walk to the Blue Ocean Music Hall or take a quick 2 mile drive or bike ride into the State Reservation, to our favorite place to spot seals at low tide. There are also facilities, beach and a playground.
