Fairly new cottage situated on a rural property with beautiful valley and sunset views (picnic set provided to viewing). Surrounded by abundant wildlife (see photos). Vineyards and numerous golf courses in short distance, local wine tours operators are available . Shared non-heated swimming pool located at the front of host's house next door. Local 'watering hole' across the road, but not in viewing distance. Continental breakfast items provided. Beds adjustable such as double to two singles.

This paradise is the first of the white sands and palm trees heading north. Three great lakes over 20 beaches all within 30 min drive great restaurants and holiday activities on Australia's holiday coast. 4 minute stroll to Boomerang Beach,5 minutes to Shelly ( nature beach) 15 minute stroll to restaurants and cafes. 15 minute drive to Forster.

Accommodation consists of one queen and one double size bedroom and a large lounge area with a high quality sofa bed. The spacious lounge/dining area allows generous room for dining, reading or just relaxing on the comfy lounges and watching a great movie on the plasma TV. Access is private and you have sole use of the apartment. This home is a beautiful neat 2 bedroom that was built in the 1920’s as a miners cottage It is located between Cessnock and Maitland , next to the town of Kurri Kurri and gateway to the wineries . 3km from the Hunter expressway and 35 min to Newcastle . Kurri Kurri is 2.7km away with many Takeaway food places Or sit down for coffee & cake . Weston is 800m ❌ Note if fold out sofa bed is required it is an additional $30 for your stay

A very homely country cottage - very warm and inviting. A beautiful 40 acre country setting with a verandah on three sides of the cottage which is totally yours. You will see cows, geese and if you go for a walk - ducks, chickens and further on a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Paterson River. You will see the River in our photos. Also there are so many attractions in the surrounding area.
