This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm

Newcastle Uni is moments away, John Hunter Hospital is a 7 minute drive. Private entry through the garage & you are welcomed to a leafy backdrop & creature comforts of home. Please note, our beautiful pup Bob is regularly in the yard the flat opens out to. You may see him in the yard during your stay. Pats encouraged 😊

Light, air conditioned and tranquil garden studio

Our studio is light filled, high ceilinged, spacious and tranquil overlooking a beautiful garden and comprises a living area, loft bedroom (accessible by ladder) and private use bathroom. The bed is queen sized, and has natural fibre quality bedding. There is a kitchenette with all utensils you need for preparing simple meals. A comfortable sofa bed is available on the ground level ($50 washing fee payable if both beds used). Simple items are supplied including tea and coffee.

Honeysuckle Harbourside-81m2-Parking-Self Check-In

Very modern 1 bedroom 81m2 apartment, situated on Newcastle Harbour in Honeysuckle (Nobby's headland views). The University's city campus is on the opposite side of the street. Footsteps to Honeysuckle's dining and entertainment precinct. One light rail stop from Newcastle interchange, light rail stop is directly behind the apartment building. BBQ on level 3. Apartment is professionally cleaned before each guest arrives, to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Self-cont Cabin, Smart TV, Netflix, unlimited NBN

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV, Netflix, and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other breads as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.
