The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

Mullica River Cottage's Bluebird Cottage is located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens in the quaint village of Sweetwater. This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Baybreeze Bungalow Luxury Couple’s Retreat

Baybreeze bungalow by the bay, is just blocks from the beautiful Cape May sunsets and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. The entire bungalow is your home during your stay. It is a short walking distance to the beach and a close drive or bike-ride to the center of Cape May. This lux bungalow sleeps 2 comfortably and is great for adult getaways. In the heart of NJ wine country, so we are close to wineries and breweries as well. Ideal for Rowan students and faculty. If you're lucky, you'll also see wildlife on our half acre property!
