Welcome to our charming lakefront home nestled in the tranquil beauty of nature! Situated at the water's edge, our rental boasts a private dock, providing convenient access to the pristine lake for fishing, swimming, or simply enjoying the outdoors. Inside, you'll find two bedrooms comfortably furnished with a total of three beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for up to six guests. With close proximity to Cardigan Mountain school Dartmouth & DHMC campuses, your home away from home awaits!

Cozy Waterfront Cottage

Just steps to the water, this 2 bedroom cottage has 180 degree lake views. Shallow waterfront area, family friendly, convenient to seafood shack and ice cream. One of 6 cottage condos, this place has the best views in the association. The waterfront area is shared with the other condos. The beach area is shallow and sandy. There is a day dock and swimming raft for sunning as the waves gently rock you. Please note that there is no oven in the kitchen, power boats not permitted by the association.

Large Private Lake House

Spacious lake house with a private beach, directly on Lake Todd in Newbury, NH, located within the Lake Sunapee Region. Fish for bass, pickerel or swim/boat to one of the lake's three islands. Relax on the water or on one of the large decks overlooking the lake. Enjoy local outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, golfing, fishing & kayaking. Mt Sunapee ski area is only 10 minutes down the road. Enjoy ice skating and cross country skiing right out your door in the winter or cozy by the fire.

The WildeWoods Cabin is a sunny open-concept cabin with cathedral knotty pine ceilings & exposed beams; renovated with comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, vintage décor & a gas fireplace (on/off switch!). Enjoy peace & privacy on 1+ acres; the cabin is set back from the road and surrounded by yard, gardens, & tall trees. RedFox Waterview, Newfound Lake

Great place with lots of room for summer or winter fun. Several ski resorts within 30 minutes. So close to the lake you can hear the water lapping at the shore and the loons calling at night. Enjoy the fantastic lake views with mountain backdrop for unbelievable sunsets. There are 4 bedrooms, one w office, full kitchen, laundry, and a large living/dining room. The enclosed porch is fantastic to enjoy the lake. The shared 400ft beach is just a short walk. Summer/2026 - Weekly Sat-Sat Only.

You will enjoy a 2-minute walk (400 feet) to an open, sandy beach on the lake with picnic tables, grassy areas for games, tiered sandy beach area with sun and shade, and large roped swimming area with a raft. Newfound Lake boasts crystal clear, spring-fed, water and beautiful views. Restaurants, kayak & boat rentals are nearby. Enjoy hikes and leaf-peeping in fall, and snow sports in winter.

Newfound Lake Cabin, Private Beach, Ski 10 Min

Clover Cottage is a pet-friendly, 5-bedroom lake retreat sleeping 10, with private beach access steps across the road. Two kayaks, beach chairs, and life jackets are all yours. Gather at the big dining table, the propane fire pit, or the stone gas fireplace. Swim and paddle all summer, watch the foliage come in over the water in fall, ski Tenney (10 min) or Ragged (25 min) in winter — our dirt driveway is plowed and sanded all season. A/C, fast Wi-Fi, gate to keep kids and dogs off the road.
