PLEASE READ 💕 Sweet Lil Blue is a modest, cute, cosy basement apartment. The home is 100+ years old, so expect nice creaks and quirks! It offers clean linens, towels, toiletries, plus coffee, tea, and basics for your stay. Ceilings are ~7ft — fair warning for tall guests! On the cusp of East End and Downtown, it’s walkable to major amenities, trails, and 9 mins to the airport. I'm nearby, responsive, and happy to help with anything you need. Rob’s Retreat

At Robs Retreat, you will find your home away from home whether it’s business or pleasure. You will find our apartment so very cozy and comfortable, that you will want to keep coming back. You can relax in front of a large 58" TV with a large selection of Satellite channels. Our ice machine will ensure your drinks will always be cold. There’s direct access to the Newfoundland trail way from our backyard. Great for the ATV/ snowmobiler and nature enthusiasts! And Cobbs pond is only mins away.

Perched up on the third floor on a hill, it overlooks the city with gorgeous harbour views while in the luxury of a roof-top hot tub! Professionally designed and renovated interior! One bedroom with cozy seating area and a pull-out couch in the living room to accommodate 2 more! Either as a girl's night-out or a couple's retreat, come be our guest!

Mountain Vista Cottage Loft

This unique place with unique style has an awesome view of the Long Range Mountains. The loft has private entrance and a deck to enjoy the sunset. This suite is cozy and contains everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. Including a queen size bed, 42” flat screen Roku smart tv, free wifi, AC, all appliances for kitchen. No additional cost to accommodate children. Should no availability for the loft check our bungalow. This is smoke free and strictly pet free suite due to allergies.

Rose Retreat

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Water views from every window. Enjoy a bath in the soaker tub after a movie night in the theatre room or enjoy a dip in the private 2 motor, 44 jet hot tub for ultimate relaxation (extra fee). The suite is office-ready. The kitchenette is equipped with items to make light cooking possible and your stay comfortable. Premium location to beaches, swimming ponds, trails, stores, only 15 minutes from downtown St. Johns, airport, Signal Hill

Spacious 2 Bedroom Unit (w/optional hydropool)

Spacious 2 bedroom unit with full kitchen, free washer & dryer, free parking, Wi-fi and TV included. Located in Clarenville close to all amenities such as the hospital, Events Center, White Hills, shopping, hiking and walking trails. This is a basement apt with private entry. We have a hydropool! This space is serene and similar to a hotel room but with an amazing bathroom a separate sleeping area separated only by a wall and a living area .. making it all in one and fluid but larger than any hotel room ; the kitchenette has a sink ; small bar fridge and microwave and an eat in bar plus seating area; toaster kettle and induction plate The living room has a comfy couch that is almost a long twin and could sleep a teen or older child It in an 2 apt outbuilding on my property

Spud Suites Unit B- 1 Bedroom with Pull-out Couch

Located in the heart of Deer Lake, the Spud Suites is within walking distance to the grocery store, stadium, liquor store, and nightlife. It is a 8 minute drive to the Deer Lake Airport, a short 24 minute drive to the entrance of Gros Morne National Park, and a 25 minute drive to Marble Mountain Ski Resort/Ziplining. The Spud Suites is also located on the Newfoundland Groomed Trail System. There is direct access to the the trail for snowmobiles and ATVs. Parking available for both.
