Inside, you'll find a fully finished basement with two rec rooms with a dry bar and a small pool table. It has an ocean-facing patio, with a gazebo, BBQ, and patio set, great to take in the breathtaking views.

One bedroom cottage in Normans cove a fishing village just an hour outside of St. John's. Queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. One and a half bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen, living room, large decks with a barbecue and lounge furniture. It has all amenities, including cable, internet, and an eclectic collection of books. It is suitable for a single person looking for tranquility, or a couple looking for a getaway. It is not suitable for children. Available long/short term.

This property is located on the Humber River with a backyard perfect for campfires or sitting down by the water relaxing enjoying the sunrise or sunset. We are only a 7 minute drive from the airport with a grocery/convenience store within walking distance of the property.
