The Bird House- 3 bed unique home with Hot tub

This unique place has a style all of its own and offers a stunning view of trinity bay. All 3 levels have 1 bedroom with there own bathroom plus amazing ocean view from each window. The lower level you will find all the floors are heated along with a heat pump and a wood stove for cooler nights and a hot tub outside. The top level consist the master bedroom with its own ensuite. Outside has a warp around deck so you can enjoy the sun and the ocean breeze from any angle.

Modern Tiny Luxury

Enjoy the sounds of nature while you stay in this uniquely modern tiny home decorated with touches of Newfoundland. Bordered by a beautiful river and surrounded by trees you have complete privacy as you unwind in our hot tub, sauna and stunning surroundings. The sauna is an additional $100 for 1 night bookings, it is included with stays 2 nights or longer. Charcuterie boxes are also available for $40, please message me to add. 😊
