Our unique & beautifully designed seaside loft, has arguably the best view in Newfoundland; with full yard ocean frontage, whale sightings in season(!!) nearby family-friendly activities, restaurants & music venues. You’ll love our place for the sunsets, beach walks & bonfires, proximity to everything, nearby hiking trails, & water taxi; which provides access to the south side of the Nat'l Park. Our place is amazing for couples, business travellers, solo explorers, & 4 season adventure seekers.

Pier 9

This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! This little gem has its own outdoor dock and is located right on the Fox Island trail! Because it is right on the water we have a propane Cinderella incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. These colourful stages are a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax by the indoor propane fireplace or enjoy a beverage on the dock!

Hay Cove Cottages - Cozy Seaside Cabin

This small oceanfront cabin sits in a quiet, peaceful cove within walking distance of L’Anse aux Meadows, where the Vikings settled 1000 years ago. Wake up to the sound of the ocean waves lapping against the shore. Every season here is magical. You might even catch an iceberg or whales right from the window, while curled up by the wood stove. Hike up to the top of the headlands and experience the peaceful energy of this wild and rugged place. You just might wish you planned a longer stay.

Gros Morne Tiny Chalets (Chalet 3 of 11)

Gros Morne Tiny Chalets are nestled in the heart of Gros Morne National Park, in the community of Rocky Harbour, NL., an area perfect for the adventure seekers and the cultural heritage enthusiasts. These cozy chalets are conveniently located near local cuisine, entertainment, shops, boat tours, fishing excursions, kayaking, popular hiking trails, and just a short walking distance from the waterfront where visitors can enjoy the breathtaking sunset overlooking the Atlantic ocean.

East Coast Newfoundland Cabin

A wonderful Cabin on the sea. It is comfortable and private, high cielings, one bedroom, bathroom, and full size sitting/breakfast/kitchen room with a long sofa. You are 500 feet from the wharf which is the hub of this outport. We are located conveniently on the Southern Shore, close enough to St. John's, Petty Harbour, Ferryland, Trepassy and even St. Vincent for day excursions. The CABIN is located next to the Barn, Bunky and Sibley Tent on the property.

Big Brook Wheelhouse

The first water wheel sawmill was built in Burlington in the late 1880s. Our wheelhouse is a reminder of the rich history of our town. Relax and enjoy the soft trickle of our functioning water wheel while enjoying the view of the harbour from the deck or fire pit. The interior of our wheelhouse offers a unique and functional design, with many reclaimed boards from family homes and wharves over 90 years old. Come explore our town, meet the locals, and enjoy!

Hut by the Sea is our cozy little piece of heaven located on the point, here in our hometown of King’s Point. We have decided to share our little piece of heaven with you! This is a place to rejuvenate, relax, and refresh! If you are looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or looking to celebrate a special occasion, Hut by the Sea is the perfect place for you. Where you come as friends & leave as family. Come for a visit, stay for the night.

A bright, cozy cabin with ocean front views suitable for two people, blends a rustic/modern design with a comfortable queen bed and amenities. Located at the centre of the historical fishing community of Portugal Cove South, this cabin overlooks the wharf and the comings and goings of local fishing boats. Enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the Atlantic Ocean right on your doorstep.

The Boathouse

This cozy unique cottage sits on the beach front of Rocky Harbour in the heart of Gros Morne. Large windows offers spectacular ocean scenery and the most breathtaking sunsets. Come relax in its own very private location. Enjoy beach fires right at your door step. Walking distance from restaurants, shops, liquor stores, grocery stores, pubs, hiking trails and much more.

Enjoy the sounds of nature while you stay in this uniquely modern tiny home decorated with touches of Newfoundland. Bordered by a beautiful river and surrounded by trees you have complete privacy as you indulge in our hot tub, sauna and stunning scenery. The sauna is an additional $100 for 1 night bookings. Great after a day of hiking the East Coast Trail.
