Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden

It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

This is a freshly refurbished flat in a restored Victorian townhouse with Arthur's seat visible from the garden. Conveniently situated on a main road into the city centre, it is 10 minutes by bus or 25 minutes walking, bus stop located across the road. It is a popular area with many bars, restaurants, The Queen's Hall and Festival Theatre nearby. You can also enjoy a walk in neighbouring Holyrood Park, taking in the Science Museum and The Scottish Parliament Building which are close by.

Luxury Main Door Apartment, Fantastic Location!

2 bedroom luxury apartment located in the centrally located Newington area, a stone’s throw away from the idyllic Hollyrood Park where the Queens palace is situated. Beautiful Arthurs Seat, 10 minutes on foot, capturing panoramic views of Edinburgh! This apartment is very tastefully decorated to a very high standard with its own main entrance set in a lovely street. The city centre is only 5-10 minutes in a taxi and you have a choice of many buses close by.

A colourful jewel close to the city centre

A beautifully designed and quirky little flat in an historic Georgian tenement within easy walking distance of the Castle, Arthur’s Seat and the Old and New Towns. You can hop on a bus to take you further afield. Although situated in a peaceful oasis over looking the Meadows the immediate area has a lovely array of individual shops, coffee houses and Restaurants . You can even buy a violin. Enjoy the full Edinburgh experience!
