Fantastic Beach Location and Fabulous Views

Fantastic location sitting on the side of St Ives Bay with stunning views and beautiful sunsets. The beach and coastal footpath is only minutes away by foot, as is the Bluff Inn, Cove Cafe and a Mini-Mart. Phillack is on the edge of Hayle with a M&S food store and plenty of interesting local shops. Try the famous Philps pasties and Mr B's home-made ice cream. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your balcony, sometimes see dolphins making their way across the bay or seals cruising the shallows. Private beach access is shared by the residents here, and great walks along the beach or the cliffs towards Clodgy Point. There is a surf school on the beach, just beside the ever-popular Porthmeor Beach Café.
