A very comfortable and clean home on 1 acre. Great kitchen and all the amenities for cooking plus BBQ. Master suite with shower, double sinks and large soak tub. High quality linens and towels Everything you need to a relaxing getaway PET FEE- we do allow you to bring a well mannered dog. Please clean up after them so we can continue to allow this. Please don’t try to sneak in your dogs, without telling us. We have new protocols in place to help keep everyone safe. We have enacted rigorous cleaning procedures to keep our renters safe and healthy.

6 acre Ocean Bluff Cottage -Dog friendly & EV

A rare and spiritual healing place with stunning oceanfront views from a 6-acre bluff paradise. Watch whales and bald eagles from the hot tub. The cottage is heated by propane and also has a wood burning stove. We offer the option of wine, flowers, rose petals on bed and balloons for wedding proposals, anniversaries, birthdays etc - ask for our price list. We are pet friendly and charge an additional $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. There is a home 100 ft away that shares the 6 acres. No TV.

Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the guest house which sits below. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. Well behaved pets welcome! 240 and 140V plugs available in driveway - bring your own plug for car charging.

We'd like to invite you to stay at our beautifully furnished cottage located 3 miles north of FB, 1/2 mile from the ocean on 15 beautiful acres in the sunbelt. Relax in the peaceful redwoods while enjoying your own private deck with a firepit for nightime bonfires, and a hot tub for luxuriating in warm water while you view the stars in the clear sky. There's a fully appointed kitchen with all the amenities, so stay as long as you like. The cottage is not suitable for children under ten.

Otters' Den - River kayaking paradise!

Otter's Den is located on the Ten Mile River about 9 miles north of Ft Bragg on Hwy 1. It is off the grid and surrounded by nature and wildlife. Close to beaches and sand dunes. Rustic, but comfortable with queen bed, propane heating and cooking, hot shower, outdoor privy and big firepit. Use of our kayaks are included in your stay - paddle out to the ocean and back for an amazing time on the water!

Mendocino Cottage

We're located on 5 wooded acres 10 minutes from the village of Mendocino, Big River Beach, Mendocino Woodlands and Mendocino Headlands. Located in a quiet lush setting of Redwoods, and wild Rhododendrons adjacent to Jackson State Forest. The cottage has one bedroom and bathroom and the living area includes a full kitchen. Quiet and secluded. Located on a paved private lane away from traffic.

The Photographer's Studio

The studio is a sun-filled, very spacious private room with en suite bathroom, and South facing deck, located in a separate building behind the main house in a large flower & fruit tree filled yard. The yard is often shared with Felix our playful tuxedo cat and Blossom our McNab Shepherd. We also rent "Osprey Aerie", the apartment upstairs, featuring a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer.
