Your waterfront retreat in the ancient fishing village of Polruan, Cornwall awaits with breathtaking views across the Fowey Estuary. This 16th century boathouse has been lovingly converted into a highly unique accommodation for two. Tangier Quay Boathouse is a bijou, 7 metre x 3 metre harbourage right on the Polruan waterfront. The relaxing ocean inspired decor will immediately put you in holiday mode. Both levels enjoy unlimited harbour views through the huge glass windows and doors.

Self-contained chalet (close to Fistral Beach)

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate to come and go as you please & a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our teenage puppy in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! Seahorse cottage has a one double bedroom annex with its own bathroom and private entrance. There is parking for one car in front of the garage. It is close to the harbour and beaches. (see map). A hop across the road to the Newquay golf club and the start of the pedestrian path that bisects the course ending at Fistral beach. The harbour is a few hundred yards down the hill and gives access to Towan beach. There is a key safe for your convenience.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle you will enjoy a tranquil stay in our cosy self contained annex, whilst only being a stone's throw from Fistral beach, the harbour and Towan beaches, as well as the boutique shops, surf hire, eateries and coffee shops of Fore Street. We are 2 mins walk from Newquay Activity Centre if booked in for any of their courses. Everything you could possibly want and more from a stay in Newquay is right on the doorstep.

A brand new bright and airy studio annex, with off road parking for 1 car and more on the road. The annex is beautifully decorated with a king size cosy bed, that then leads to the private outside space. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. A smart TV and WiFi. You have your own private entrance, which is where you will find the key safe. There are sliding doors to a private outside space, which has cosy chairs and a BBQ.

Duchy lodge Annex. 3 mins walk to Tolcarne Beach

Duchy lodge annex has its own private entrance to the front of the property just 3 minutes walk to Tolcarn beach and 5 minutes to shops, bars and restaurants but still being in a quiet area of newquay. Two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two singles, modern spacious shower room and open plan lounge kitchen diner all on ground level. Parking for one car and plenty of off street parking outside the property .
