The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Brierley Bungalow is ideally situated approximately 1/2 mile from the beach and train station. Also 1/4 mile from the picturesque village of Cockington, with its lovely Country Park. Local pubs being The Drum at Cockington Village and Chelston Manor. The garden is enclosed. The area is very quiet At the front of the property is St. Matthews Field, ideal for dog walking. Many shops including Cafes, Post Office and the COOP supermarket are just down the hill, past St Matthews church.
