Please enjoy our newly updated cabin, 12/1/2025 - new King Sized Bed and Mattress, new granite countertop and new lighting. Brand new flooring and paint. Brand new furniture and appliances. This cozy little split level cabin is ideal for anyone! The cabin includes a pillow top king bed and a full bathroom as well as a nice sitting area. It also has a nice front porch and private balcony. This is a hotel like room, there is a mini fridge and microwave but it does not contain a full kitchen.

Big Oak Cabin - Mountaintop lodging in the Ozarks

Big Oak Cabin is a split-level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath house, with 2 separate living rooms. Situated on 5 acres high in the Ozarks, the house is much larger than it looks from the picture, with a large front porch and west-facing rear deck overlooking a pond and splendid sunsets. Only a few miles from the Buffalo River and hiking trails, half a mile from Cliff House Restaurant and five miles south of the quaint town of Jasper. Conveniently located on Hwy 7, Big Oak is a place of quiet Ozark peace.

Charming country home, filled with light and comfort, located on the banks of the Little Buffalo River (near Jasper ARK). Mountains, forest, and two waterways combine with natural landscaping to create a peaceful, natural setting! Located near the Ozark National Forest and the Buffalo National River. Please note that there IS a low- water concrete slab crossing to get to Creek's End! Occasionally impassable when we get heavy rain. We cannot guarantee flowing river during very dry summers.

The cabin has 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs each with queen bed, one downstairs w queen bed & twin bunkbed, 2 twins in entry, 1 futon upstairs), two remodeled bathrooms, central AC/heat, WIFI, Roku TV, small deck with charcoal grill, large dining room table & lots of windows. 2 miles from Horseshoe Canyon Ranch, 2 miles from Steel Creek, 4 miles from Ponca, 5 miles from Kyle's Landing, 9 miles from Jasper.

This is our second cabin here at Bluff Point in addition to our home. You will have a peaceful, private, secluded feel with nice scenery and plenty of places to explore if you wish. Cozy and efficient space makes this cabin the perfect setting for your getaway with friends and family. With a queen bed upstairs, a queen memory foam pull-out couch, and a queen size Cordaroy convertible bag-chair (only big enough for two small children) there is plenty of room for everyone. Bring your fur baby along as they can safely play outdoors off leash since there is no road frontage on the property. Coffee supplies and charcoal always provided.
