An historic mill home built in 1920. Completely restored with every comfort. You’ll have your own entrance including a porch swing. This is a gentrifying neighborhood. Some of the neighbors are low income but I’ve never had any problems with safety or theft. You can actually see the police station from the house. (There use to be a door (and curtain) that connected the two sides of the duplex that is NO longer there.

Less than a mile to Mystic Falls, Covington Square

Welcome to the Hollywood of the South. Home to the filming of Vampire Diaries, Legacies, Dukes of Hazard, Remember the Titans, and more.
