The FoxDen Suite at Evermoor: Hello! Thanks for considering staying with us on our 5 acre mini-farm, Evermoor. The FoxDen is a large, comfortable, ground level mother in law suite with 1 spacious bedroom, a full bath and full kitchen, with laundry in unit. Separate entry, gated driveway, and five pastoral acres to enjoy right outside your door. We are 10 mins from downtown Covington, 10 minto Int’l Horse Park, 2 mins to Cinelease Studios, & 5 mins to I20. (Discounts for film/tv industry-ask!)

Private Room

Looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay? This private room offers its own entrance, giving you plenty of privacy. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. You’ll be just 10 min from Covington Square and 15 minutes to Conyers, with the highway only 8 min away for an easy commute. Atlanta is just a short drive, making weekend outings simple. Plus, there are several eateries within walking distance for those nights when you don’t feel like cooking. Pictures will be available soon.

Two bedroom basement apartment

Looking to spend some quality time with your family or alone. This cozy basement apartment is the perfect option for you. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, & can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The property is located less than 4 miles away from the GA International Horse Park, 11 miles away from Vampire Stalkers (The Vampire Diaries), & 28 miles away from downtown Atlanta. The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance.

Guest Suite in Historic Covington

Enjoy a unique experience at The Pirate House guest suite in historic Covington. Located in a beautifully decorated circa 1910, New Orleans style home. Just a half mile walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Covington and even closer to many popular filming locations. While this home has not been used for filming, all of the surrounding properties have and it is mentioned on local tours due to its unique design & eccentric holiday decor that is displayed year round.

10 minutes from downtown Covington and 35 minutes from the east side of Atlanta. Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space and resident chickens. This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Queen bed studio apartment with small sofa bed where u can kick your feet up and take a break. Please be advised: The unit is located in a studio apartment in the rear of the family home. The walk around the house is slightly slanted and if you have small children or mobility issues it probably would not be for you. In addition it is a basement unit so there may encounter noise from second floor guests. Blessings.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Separate entrance to the entire basement where you can benefit from the spacious living room; 2 bedrooms; private bath; private laundry; kitchen area to prep small meals (there’s no stove for now, but you do get a hot plate and air fryer); and you can also enjoy your morning coffee on your own separate serene back porch. The only thing we share here is the driveway!

Please, No smoking, no drugs, no pets, no parties or events. Please remove your shoes at the door.

Cozy Cottage

An historic mill home built in 1920. Completely restored with every comfort. You’ll have your own entrance including a porch swing. This is a gentrifying neighborhood. Some of the neighbors are low income but I’ve never had any problems with safety or theft. You can actually see the police station from the house. (There use to be a door (and curtain) that connected the two sides of the duplex that is NO longer there.
