We welcome up to 2 well-trained dogs, and with front & back gardens and being right next door to a vast park, our home is ideal for walks in the local area. For those wishing to venture into Edinburgh, Gorebridge train station is a mere 10 minute walk away, as well as having an unrestricted car park. A 20 minute train journey brings you into the heart of the city.

Built in the 1700s the Gardener's House is set into the old Walled Garden in the stunning grounds of Arniston House, a William Adam Stately Home. A secluded, picturesque two storey house with wood burning stove for winter or glass patio doors that open onto the walled garden for summer. The water tower is a bespoke home in an historic building sensitively converted by its architect owner. The tower is located in the historic town of Dalkeith and the settlement of Eskbank. 20 minutes by car from Edinburgh airport.
